Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru (Bellendur,K r market, Whitefield and thanisandra). The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, documenting clinical findings, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and using manual therapy and rehabilitation techniques. The role involves close collaboration with physicians, health coaches, and other clinicians to support preventive and rehabilitative care pathways, as well as educating patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs. The Physiotherapist will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold clinical and safety standards within the care center.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning, rehabilitation techniques, and patient education.
- Knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, with ability to tailor evidence-based interventions.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate clinical documentation and using electronic health record or digital practice management systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to manage a clinical caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of care in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution; valid professional registration or license as required.
- Experience in preventive care, outpatient, or primary care settings is an advantage; familiarity with technology-enabled healthcare is beneficial.
